By downloading, accessing, or using Spillit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

Spillit is a mobile application that allows users to anonymously share their daily moods and maintain private journal entries. The app provides:

• One anonymous mood post per day that expires after 24 hours
• Private journal entries that remain permanently accessible to you
• A community feed of anonymous mood posts from other users
• Complete anonymity with no usernames or profiles

You agree to use Spillit responsibly and not to:

• Post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or offensive
• Share personal information that could identify yourself or others
• Attempt to circumvent the one-post-per-day limit
• Use the app to harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Post spam, promotional content, or commercial messages
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the app's security

4.1. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you post. By posting content on Spillit, you grant us a license to display, store, and moderate your content as necessary to provide the service.

4.2. Anonymity Promise

We are committed to maintaining your anonymity. Public mood posts are displayed without any identifying information, and we do not link posts to specific users in our public displays.

4.3. Content Expiration

Public mood posts automatically expire and are deleted after 24 hours. Private journal entries are permanent and only accessible to you.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our guidelines
• Report illegal content to appropriate authorities
• Modify or discontinue the service at any time

Spillit is intended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 18 should have parental permission before using the app. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Spillit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Complete security of your data
• That the service will meet your specific needs
• Professional mental health advice or treatment

Important: Spillit is not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact appropriate emergency services or mental health professionals.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spillit and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app. Continued use of Spillit after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
